Wednesday classes run from 7-9:30pm and are held in my home in the Glebe in Ottawa near Bank St. and Fifth Ave. You must pre-register. They start on Wednesday Jan 19th and run for 6 weeks. Why take a class? If you currently cook two meals at anytime of day you won't need to anymore. We cover between 4-7 recipes each time. Dairy free options are always discussed and included. Monday cooking classes start at the end of Jan for the Catholic School Board in Ottawa - you can register with them. The course title is: Gluten Free Goes Mainstream and this is the fourth year with over 250 recipes and as many students. It gets better and better.
