Congratulations for being on A channel, it was really interesting to watch what you were cooking and the information of it. My daughter and I suffer from food allergies and intolerances, including CCI (Complex Carbohydrate Intolerance), tricky stuff and it has been a huge challenge for us to find the right foods for us, and one thing we noticed is that some celiac (gluten free)and wheat free foods has worked for us. Do you know anything about CCI? Is there other like us here in the capital area? Again great show and I like the blog.
Yes. Have a GI diet book. One is never Celiac without being something else too!!!! pce@magma.ca
Excellent information offered this morning. Did you mention that you were releasing a book?
