What things did I miss when I went gluten free? Sandwiches, Pizza,Yorkshires puddings, the White puffy chewy bread and being able to eat at any restaurant. However, I don't miss being tired. When I avoid gluten I am more alert, I can concentrate better, and I also noticed I loose a little weight and my stomach feels not bloated. And when I happen to get stuck and there is nothing to eat, I may eat a little gluten to get by, but it takes my stomach a day or so to get back into its groove.

The Bella Vista Restaurant at Alta Vista and Bank st. makes a formidable pizza Nicole.

Recipes in the cookbook will include several for pizza, including one that is as easy as making instant mashed potatoes and is delicious. Yorkshire pudding and many breads including methods and tips will be in the book too. I am so excited. Many we cover in class. You are dear to my heart as an artist - I had no idea you were also gluten-free. Thanks for being the first person to post on my blog. I am honoured.
