We are making awesome thin crust pizza crusts for ZaZaZa Pizza in Ottawa! The former owner of the Works restaurants has opened this new specialty pizza restaurant and has it's second location opening in the Glebe on June 6th (915 Bank St. near Holmwood). Find them at www.zazazapizza.com or on facebook. It's our amazing chickpea flour crust. The size of the crust is a 12 inch which is a standard medium size pizza. Love the toppings they have. The new Glebe store is truly elegant and fun.

Agreed!! My sister was visiting from New Brunswick (where GF restaurants are scarce to say the least) and she thought we got the wrong pizza it was SO good!
